Tomorrow we are having Cheesy Ham and Potato Soup! Make sure to come and get some in the cafeteria!

From Mr. Laverty:
Fairland Public Schools will not be in session on Friday, November 21st due to the significant number of teachers and students planning to travel to support our football team in the playoff game in Mangum, OK, as well as the long travel distance involved.
Because of needing two drivers per bus for football, band, and cheer, due to the long distance....there will NOT be a pep bus going.
Thank you for your understanding and support. Go Owls!

GAME DAY!!! PLAYOFFS

Earlier today, Fairland Public Schools went into lockdown after gunshots were reported near campus. Staff and local authorities responded immediately, following established safety protocols to ensure the protection of all students and staff.
Law enforcement officers quickly investigated and determined that a nearby resident had discharged a firearm to dispatch a vicious dog. There was no threat to the school or the community.
We commend the swift and professional actions of our staff and law enforcement officers in responding to the situation and keeping our students safe.
