Welcome to Fairland, Coach Rhatigan!

Dear Fairland Family,
I want to take a moment to personally share some exciting news with you. I have officially accepted the position of Fairland Elementary Principal. I am truly honored and incredibly grateful for this opportunity.
I want to sincerely thank Mrs. Wade for the example she has set and for the strong foundation she leaves behind. Fairland is a special place because of the leadership, dedication, and heart that have shaped it, and I am thankful to step into a role built on such strength.
This school has been my professional home for 27 years, and many of you are not only colleagues but dear friends. I am deeply grateful that this next chapter allows me to remain at Fairland, serving the same students, families, and staff that I care so much about.
As many of you know, leadership is an area in which I have long desired to serve. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Master’s degree in Learning and Technology, and I am excited to use this background, along with my experience at Fairland, to support our continued growth.
I believe in this school and in each of you. My goal as principal is to support you, listen to you, and work alongside you as we continue to do what is best for students. While my role may change, my heart for Fairland and the people within it will always remain the same.
Thank you for the trust, encouragement, and kindness you have shown me over the years. I am truly honored to serve in this role and excited to continue this journey together.
With gratitude and appreciation,
Mary Caudill
