Band District Solo & Ensemble
High School: John Warren scored Superior in vocal (bass) and will be going to State! Carson King (clarinet) and Curtis Rouell (tenor sax) scored Superior on their band solos and will be going to State!
Students who scored Excellent: John Warren (tuba), Spencer Oswald (baritone), Caleb Green (trumpet), John Warren/Spencer Oswald (brass duet), Kendra Johnson (alto vocal), Taylor Fry (soprano vocal), Caleb Green (bass vocal).
Students who scored Good: Hannah-Grace Fields (soprano vocal).
Junior High: Rory Cheek (soprano) scored Superior on her vocal solo!
Students who scored Excellent: Mason Scott (trumpet solo and vocal solo). Students who scored Good: Slade Stoelzing/Gaige Hurst (trumpet duet), Spencer Oswald (HS)/Rory Cheek/ Jaxon Smith (brass trio).

In a commanding display of skill and strategy, all four Fairland Owls Esports teams, led by Coach Jonathan Stelle, emerged victorious in their matchups last Wednesday.
The Owls Red team delivered a flawless performance, shutting out Bethany High School 6-0.
The Owls White team edged out a thrilling victory against Sapulpa High School.
The Owls Crimson squad secured a solid 6-3 win over Guthrie High School.
Capping off the sweep. Owls Scarlet team triumphed over Coleman High School 6-1.
With momentum on their side, the teams will enjoy well-earned time off during spring break before returning to action on March 26.

Varsity BB games tomorrow, Friday, March 14th, in Vinita will be postponed due to dangerous wind predictions with straight line winds of 40 mph and gusts expected up to 65 mph.

The junior high baseball games at Miami tomorrow, Friday, March 14, have been canceled due to the extreme wind advisory. There is a game Monday, March 17 vs Chelsea at 12:00 at Home. Players should be at the field at 10:45 am.

Ketchum HS Baseball Tournament Bracket ⚾️

The FAFSA workshop on Thursday evening from 2-6 has been cancelled due to the financial aid person's family issues. We will look to reschedule if possible. If any parents has issues or concerns with their child's FAFSA application, please reach out to the HS Counselor, Michelle Johnson at mjohnson@fpsowls.com
Senior Parents! Just a reminder that seniors must have the FAFSA completed by graduation!! Mr. Streeter will be here Thursday, March 13th to assist parents with this process from 2pm to 6pm!!

For this class, students will complete a total of 16 hours—10 hours of classroom instruction and 6 hours of behind-the-wheel driving time. Once students successfully complete all 16 hours, they will be eligible to visit the tag office and obtain their permit.

Fairland Owl Community! On behalf of FPS, I would like to congratulate our boys basketball team and coaches on their State Tournament bid! It has been an excellent season!
We are super proud of both our girls, boys, cheer team, and coaches for their successes this season!
Much appreciation to Julie Kleiknight and Jana Bartley for driving our Pep Club bus to support the team on both days, as well as the sponsors who helped supervise.
I would also like to give a shout out to Clint and Roxanne Kinsey for the generous contribution they made to make sure that there were plenty of kids to fill the pep bus! Shout outs also go out to the following people for their contributions and donations to help make the trip to the Big House a memorable one!
